By downloading, accessing, or using Dot Connector, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dot Connector for lawful entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.

Purchases and restores

Dot Connector may offer in-app purchases, including ad removal and hint packs. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You can restore eligible purchases from inside the app. Consumable purchases, such as hint packs, may not be restorable after use unless required by law or platform rules.

Ads and rewarded ads

The app may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may offer optional gameplay benefits such as hints after successful ad completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and can depend on region, consent choices, network availability, and provider policies.

Fair use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with ads or purchase systems, reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted, attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards, or use the app in a way that violates laws or platform terms.

No warranty

Dot Connector is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, ad availability, leaderboard availability, or that the app will meet every expectation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dot Connector. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms or the privacy policy as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
